REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We promise that the fee schedule of the dental savings plan that you have selected will be honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider, in the vicinity of where you live or work. Vicinity is defined as within a 25-mile radius in metropolitan areas and within a 50-mile radius in rural areas

CatholicDentalPlans.com allows you the opportunity to switch to another discount savings plan, one time, during your annual membership, at no additional processing charge (however, Upgrade fees may apply), if: the fee schedule of the plan you have first selected is not honored by at least one participating provider in the vicinity of where you reside, or if you find another CatholicDentalPlans.com plan that better serves your dental health care needs (Upgrade fees may apply).

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, less the $20 processing fee, on all dental savings plans purchased from CatholicDentalPlans.com.  Please call 1-877-my-plan-2 to speak with a CatholicDentalPlans.com customer service representative if you choose to cancel your plan within the first 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days of initial purchase, the CatholicDentalPlans.com Refund Policy is as follows:

A member is eligible to receive a pro-rated refund only if a membership is cancelled by CatholicDentalPlans.com or by one of its Provider Networks or if the fee schedule of the plan you have selected is not honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider in your vicinity.

If your plan automatically renews:  within the first 60 days of the automatic renewal date, if you want to cancel, we will offer a full refund of the dental plan price, less the $20 processing fee. If you would not like to have your plan renew automatically, you must set your account to "Do Not Renew."

State exceptions

  • Arkansas: Members who cancel a membership within the first 30 days after the effective date of enrollment in the plan will receive a full refund, inclusive of the $20 processing fee.
  • Maryland: Processing fee is not applicable for plans sold to residents of the state.
  • South Carolina:  Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding processing fee if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials.

Tennessee:  Members who have a plan that includes prescription discounts, and who cancel their membership within the first 30 days after the effective date of enrollment in the plan, will receive a full refund, inclusive of the $20 processing fee.

Renewal Conditions: By joining a plan, you are authorizing DMPO Marketing, Inc. to bill your credit card or checking account for the plan you have selected. This charge shall remain in force until you notify DMPO Marketing, Inc. in writing of its cancellation. By joining, you indicate you have read the terms and conditions of the plan. This plan will automatically renew at the end of your membership term on an annual basis, and your credit card or bank account will be automatically charged or drafted for the appropriate amount.

Termination Conditions: DMPO Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to terminate plan members from its plan for any reason, including non-payment.

Cancellation Conditions: You have the right to cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials (FL residents: your 30 days begin after the effective date) and receive a full refund, less the processing fee stated above, if applicable. If for any reason during this time period you are dissatisfied with the plan and wish to cancel and obtain a refund, you must submit a written cancellation request DMPO Marketing, Inc. will accept and cancel program memberships at any time during the membership period and will cease collecting membership fees in a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice. Please send a cancellation letter and a request for refund with your name and member ID to DMPO Marketing, Inc., P.O. Box 366, Brooksville, FL 34605. You may also submit cancellation requests by email: MEMBERSERVICES@CATHOLICDENTALPLAN.COM. DMPO Marketing, Inc. is currently billing on an annual basis. In the event that DMPO Marketing, Inc. begins to bill on a periodic month to month basis, DMPO Marketing will, in the event of cancellation of the membership by either party; make a pro-rata reimbursement of the periodic charges to the member.
